This page describes the packages as decided on 2 September 2026. It is published once the packages are active and the pricing page on energyrevolution.be carries the same text.
The Smart EMS platform (OLU) has three paid packages and a free basic version. Prices are per month, VAT included, and cancellable monthly.

You choose or change your package through Energy Revolution. After a change it can take up to fifteen minutes before the portal shows the new features.
Always included — in every package, including Free
These never stop, whatever package you have:
- Safety: your battery's protection rules (minimum reserve, safe charge limits), the capacity-peak cap, the stop at negative prices and your charger's phase protection stay active at all times.
- Firmware updates of the device in your meter cabinet. Updates are never tied to a package.
- Using your solar surplus: the basic behaviour — own solar power first, the surplus into your battery, charger in Solar+minimum — keeps working.
- Failure notifications: e-mail (and SMS where configured) on communication errors with the meter, inverter or charger, and on grid outages.
- The live dashboard with your energy flows of this moment.

About the energy coach
"Unlimited" means unlimited under normal use (fair use). A question with a follow-up counts as one conversation.
What changes when you move to a lower package
Nothing is ever switched off without an e-mail telling you beforehand.
